Q. WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

Headbands, bandanas, scrunchies, tubes, and blanket towels ship within 1 business day. Please note that all other items can take up to 5 business days to leave our facility plus shipping time to get to your door. 

*PLEASE READ: If you order a headband, bandana, scrunchie, tube, or blanket towel (or a mixture of any of these 4 items), they will all ship together in 1 business day. If you order any other additional item (for instance, a headband and a swimsuit), the headband will ship within 1 business day and the swimsuit will ship within 3-5 business days. They will arrive separately, but you will be notified and informed of both tracking numbers as the items ship.*

We, of course, aim to ship as soon as possible, but if you need a rush order, please email us at hello@sugarsky.com prior to ordering to check current shipping times!

 Q. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship to within the US and to Canada. We hope to ship more places in the near future! 

Q. WHAT IF A HEADBAND I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK OR COMING SOON?

 Q. MY HEADBAND SEEMS TO BE TOO TIGHT WHEN I FIRST TRY IT ON. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The headbands are made from a comfy material that will stretch a little with wear (not too much as we don't want the headband sliding off your head). Give it a good few stretches and you'll feel the difference. After you wash your headband (in cold water), give it a good stretch so it's comfortable for your next wear! 

Another option is to wear the headband with the turban in the back and the flat portion in the front.

Q. CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS IN STORES ANYWHERE?

Yes! We are thrilled to be in stores from Georgia to Maine and all the way out to Washington. Please feel free to contact us to ask if there is a store near you.
